Lithops dorotheae

One of the Lithops species with the best patterns, often also called the painted Lithops, with good reason. A species originating from the Pofadder region and therefore requires less water than others. Provide strong direct sunlight during the morning with light shade in afternoon, light weekly watering from October to April but then withholding water during winter and a firm but fast draining soil.  Plants are single headed, between 2 and 3 cm diameter.
